A: I specialize in online digital marketing services, specifically helping companies getting their websites ranked higher on Google.

I also help maximize the effectiveness of their websites, so once visitors arrive, they are compelled to act, whether it’s calling your company, making a purchase, etc.

Q: How do I know which services I need?

A: Without speaking with you and looking at your website, it’s impossible to say with 100% certainty what you need.

However, in a general sense, I can offer a few things to consider. If your website is not attracting traffic in sufficient numbers, you may need help with SEO Copywriting. This service is designed to get you ranked higher by search engines and seen by more eyeballs.

On the other hand, if your website is attracting sufficient traffic but you’re not getting the number of inquiries you’d like, then I recommend a Website Analysis /Review to find out why people aren’t taking action once they’ve found you.

Email Marketing can help you ‘monetize’ your email list. In other words, I can help you generate more money from your list.

To really help determine what you need, it’s best to set up a free, no-obligation consultation.

I won’t try to ‘sell’ you. I’ll make some recommendations based on the results your website and online presence is currently getting for you versus where you want those results to be.

A: My fees are based on a customized proposal that I send you after we have a chat.

Q: Do you have samples I can see?

A: Certainly! You can see my samples right HERE.

Q: Can you guarantee results?

A: No ethical copywriter will guarantee results.

There are too many factors at play which may affect the results.

Some of those factors include (depending on the service) deliverability of your emails from your server, the overall design and structure of your website, cyclical flows in your industry niche, and much more.

I do, however, guarantee you’ll be pleased with what I provide you in terms of my quality and professionalism.

Q: Do you provide revisions?

A: Yes – I offer two revisions to any writing project I do for you. These revisions are completely free of charge and is included in your package purchase.

Q: What is your process?

A: We start with a conversation, either on the phone or Zoom. I call it a “Discovery Call,” and during the call, I’ll ask you questions about your company, customer persona(s), and more.

Then I’ll send you a proposal and schedule a follow-up call to go over the proposal.

Once we determine we are a good fit, I’ll require any materials you can provide me about your company, your products, and your services.

I’ll also ask to see data on your preferred clients so I can begin the process of “getting in their heads” to find out what drives them, what scares them, what do they desire, and much more.

I’ll also conduct a great deal of my own research on your industry and the kinds of services or products usually offered in your niche.

In my writing process, I’ll speak to your prospects in their voice as much as possible.

When I finish my first draft (or the website analysis), I’ll let you know it’s ready for delivery.

After I send you my draft, I’ll look for feedback / questions from you.

Q: How can you write for us if you’re not an expert in what we offer?

A: That is a common misconception.

I don’t need to be an expert in your industry.

I only need to have a deep understanding of what drives your prospect, which I uncover ion my research phase.

Let’s take a new car as an example.

The prospect probably doesn’t know much (if anything) about how the car is made.

But he or she will have certain things they want in a new car and certain things they DON’T want.

They will also have their own internal reasons for why those certain things are important.

That’s what I bring to my writing: understanding your prospects on a deep level to connect with them.

I’ll help them understand how what your company offers (whatever that may be) is the solution to a problem they may have.

Q: What are your terms for payment?

A: I require a 50% deposit before starting any project. The remaining 50% is due before delivery of the final project, before any revisions.

Payments can be made via credit card, PayPal, or company check. Credit card payments are preferred.

After you receive the final project, you’ll have seven days to let me know if you have any revisions. After that, I’ll mark the project as complete.

Q: What if we hire you but afterwards, the project is canceled by someone higher up?

A: In those situations, a ‘kill fee’ equal to 50% of the project fee is due.
